These terms apply when you use the MusicBajaao website or our help finding a performer, provided by MusicBajaao ("MusicBajaao", "we"). By using the website or sending an enquiry, you agree to them.
What MusicBajaao does
We help customers find and contact music performers. We are not an event management company: we do not organise, run or supervise your event. Each performer is an independent business responsible for their own performance, team and equipment. A booking is an agreement between you and the performer.
Enquiries and quotes
- An enquiry is not a booking. We suggest performers based on your requirements and what they tell us about their availability.
- Quotes come from the performer and state the price, what's included and their payment terms.
- We share the agreed details (date, timings, lineup, price) with both sides on WhatsApp so there is a written record.
- Please give accurate event details. Changes to the date, timings, venue or requirements may change the price or availability.
Payments
- No payments are made through MusicBajaao. You agree the price and pay the performer directly. We help you find and contact them.
- MusicBajaao charges no fee or commission to customers or performers.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellation and refund terms are agreed between you and the performer.
- If a performer cancels, we will try to suggest other available acts, but we can't guarantee a replacement.
Your responsibilities as a customer
You are responsible for your venue: stage space, power supply, sound permissions, local noise rules and cut-off times, and the safety of performers at the event.
Performers
Performers listed on MusicBajaao must keep their profiles accurate, including prices, lineup and travel areas, and must deal honestly with customers. Labels such as "Verified" are added only by MusicBajaao.
Website content
Performer photos, videos and descriptions are provided by the performers, who confirm they have the rights to them. We may remove content or listings that are inaccurate or inappropriate.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MusicBajaao is not liable for the quality of a performance, for payments between you and the performer, for losses at your event, or for indirect losses.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Agra.
