What every quote includes
So you can compare performers like for like.
- Date and timings, reporting time, sets and breaks
- Lineup, who performs and which instruments
- Sound and equipment, what's included and what the venue provides
- Travel, charges for venues outside the city, if any
- Price and payment terms, the total, any advance the performer asks for, and when each part is due
What MusicBajaao doesn't do
- We don't run or manage your event. The performer delivers the show; your venue, decor and other arrangements stay with you or your planner.
- We don't take payments or add charges. Prices are agreed between you and the performer.
- We don't share your number with performers you haven't chosen.
If something changes
- Cancellation and refund terms are agreed between you and the performer.
- If a performer cancels, we will try to suggest other available acts, but we can't guarantee a replacement.

Is MusicBajaao an event management company?
No. We help you find and book music performers. The performer is responsible for their show; your venue, decor and other arrangements stay with you or your planner.
How does booking work?
Send your event details. We check which performers are free on your date and send you their videos and quotes on WhatsApp. You choose, agree the price and pay the performer directly. We share the agreed details (date, timings, lineup, price) with both sides on WhatsApp so there is a written record.
How do I pay?
You agree the price and pay the performer directly. We help you find and contact them. No payments go through MusicBajaao, and enquiring is free.
What if the performer cancels?
Cancellation and refund terms are agreed between you and the performer. If a performer cancels, we will try to suggest other available acts, but we can't guarantee a replacement.
Which cities do you cover?
Performers across India are joining now. Each profile shows where the act is based and the places it says it travels to. Send your enquiry with your city and we'll tell you who's available.
I'm a performer. How do I join?
Apply on our performer page and send a performance video. We'll set up your profile. Listing is free, and we charge no commission or fees. Freelance musicians can list themselves on the Freelancers page.
